Every trainee needs to find the proper amounts of food for his own body. If you are not losing weight, you need to reduce what you eat. Protein, Carb and fat are very necessary if you want to gain or reduce weight. You can reduce the intake of carb and take more protein and fat. If you feel as if you can’t gain weight, you can add more carbs and even more fat, which will increase your calories fast. To determine what fits you, you can steady carefully within two weeks.
