I am Kwasi Darko your fitness Coach for FitNoCrat.

FitNoCrat is basically a challenge to help build the body.This training will keep you in shape if followed carefully.I have divided the training into three parts which deal with Expert, Novice and intermediate.

Novice learners are described as “unconsciously incompetent” because they don’t know what they don’t know.A  person new to and inexperienced in a job or situation. They rely on a general knowledge base and try to train.

The intermediate learner is having or suitable for a level of knowledge or skill between basic and advanced.They have the knowledge to train but needs support to accomplish.

Experts have enough knowledge to train very well.They are seen as the PROs. They may be overconfident in their abilities and less likely to self-correct or use all information.

Learners who are novices need greater guidance through the thinking process. More advanced learners should transition to working on their own.
